As a thesis student with us, you will drive your own project, but you will always have the support of an experienced mentor who shares their knowledge and experiences. You will get to test your ideas, work independently, and see how theory translates into practical benefits – without us expecting you to know everything from the start. Curiosity, a willingness to learn, and the courage to think innovatively are more important than experience. We welcome students studying electrical engineering, information technology, media technology, or technical physics and are open to proposals for thesis projects in areas such as digitalization, cybersecurity, radio spectrum, sustainability, AI, or electronic communication – but we are always open to new perspectives and ideas. With us, you will become part of a work environment where collaboration, learning, and curiosity are at the center. How to apply To make it easy for both you and us, we ask that you attach an A4 page (font Verdana, size 10) where you describe: • Proposed topic or question – what do you want to write about? • Justification – why is the topic interesting and how can it contribute to PTS's work? • Why you have chosen this particular area – what interest or experience makes it relevant for you? • What you can contribute – why your skills are interesting to us? • Why you want to do your thesis specifically at PTS. We will review incoming proposals on an ongoing basis and contact the students whose ideas match our needs. We look forward to your proposal – let’s create the future of communication together.
