We are now expanding our team at Kalmar Castle Restaurant and are seeking an employee responsible for events and large dinners.
What the role entails: Together with the restaurant manager, you are responsible for guest contact before and during the event. You ensure the quality assurance of service, food, and beverages served to guests and have the ability to see a broader perspective on what needs to be prioritized. You have an operational role in the restaurant where guest service is a significant part of the work.
Who are we looking for? We seek someone with previous restaurant experience, preferably with a focus on events and large banquets/dinners. You preferably have had some form of responsibility in previous workplaces and have the ability to lead a group. You are a person who can bring energy to a group and see the overall picture of what needs to be done. You have an eye for details while not being afraid to pitch in where needed.
Employment period: The position runs from 1/1-2026 and is a part-time position as needed. The position will be expanded to full-time from the beginning of June through the end of August, then returning to part-time.
Salary according to collective agreement with responsibility supplement.
