A leading events company is now seeking an Event Ticketing Specialist. Here, you will work amidst the excitement of concerts, sports, and major cultural events, becoming an essential part of the behind-the-scenes operations. About the Role As an Event Ticketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, structuring, and optimizing ticket sales before and during events. You will serve as the hub between organizers, internal departments, and ticket suppliers, ensuring that each ticket release is accurate, efficient, and customer-friendly. Your responsibilities will include: • Planning ticket sales based on organizer meetings and direct contact with organizers • Creating venue layouts and adjusting the venue according to expected volume • Administering ticket releases, including campaign links, offers, and any package solutions • Managing and updating event information for internal and external channels • Monitoring and optimizing sales while ensuring that statistics are delivered internally and externally • Finalizing ticket withdrawals and sales after completed events You will drive your own events from start to finish while being part of a close-knit team that shares experiences and solves challenges together. The role is administrative, detail-oriented, and requires the ability to manage multiple parallel tasks, often with short notice. Who We Believe You Are We prefer candidates with experience in events, ticket sales, project management, or work in digital systems, and who have previously held roles where accuracy, communication, and collaboration have been important. You are structured, clear, and patient, with a genuine interest in technology and system integrations. Furthermore, you are responsive to the demands and expectations of organizers and the business. You are fluent in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Workplace and Conditions You will be based in bright and modern office environments in central Stockholm. The working hours are approximately 38.5 hours per week, primarily during the day, but evenings and weekends may occur. There is also the possibility to work from home two days a week.
