In collaboration with Puls Bemanning, Eboss in Nissafors is recruiting a key person for its upcoming surface treatment operation. The company is entering an exciting development phase and is now establishing a completely new function in surface treatment. We are therefore looking for a driven and technically skilled individual who wants to take responsibility for shaping, leading, and developing this area – from startup to stable and efficient operations.
What does the role entail?
As the person responsible for surface treatment, you will hold a central position in the company's future production. You will:
• Be responsible for operation and quality throughout the entire surface treatment process.
• Develop and optimize existing processes to achieve high efficiency, quality, and environmental performance.
• Plan and ensure proper suspension of parts for the best surface treatment results.
• Lead the establishment of the surface treatment function – including startup, routines, and skills development.
This is a unique opportunity to be involved from the beginning and build a new surface treatment department together with a growing company.

Qualifications:
• Experience in surface treatment and process work within industrial production.
• Ability to drive projects and establish new operations.

• Technical education or equivalent work experience.
