About this role
The position involves daily practical guidance in illustration, drawing instruction, and game development for highly functioning adults with disabilities.
As a supervisor with us, it is required that you have at least a three-year foundational education in care and social services, or experience that we consider equivalent. As an aesthetic supervisor, you should also have training or professional experience in artistic/graphic work; it is advantageous if you possess both. We believe you are an illustrator, art and design instructor, graphic designer, or game developer. Additionally, knowledge in crafts or other creative fields will be considered a merit.

Currently, the organization has two departments where 25 clients work, and six employees are engaged. We are now seeking one more colleague who wants to be part of the continued work forward and develop our unique niche operation where individuals with disabilities have the opportunity to realize their goals in ethical and graphic work through structure, routine, and continuity.
The position is 100%, 37.5 hours/week. We apply a reduction in working hours.
