Your Responsibilities We are seeking an experienced technical leader with a background in personnel management for the role of Team Leader – do you want to lead the work on the repair, maintenance, and refurbishment of trains? We are looking for someone with solid technical experience and previous personnel management experience. In the role of Team Leader, you will have a central function in our workshop environment where quality, safety, and teamwork are the focus. You will be responsible for planning, distributing, and following up on tasks within the team, as well as supporting employees in their daily work. Your responsibilities will include, among other things: - Leading and distributing the daily work within the team - Supporting employees with technical questions and ensuring that work follows applicable instructions - Monitoring quality, safety, and timelines in projects - Participating practically in tasks when needed, for example: - Assembly and disassembly of parts in and on trains - Repair and replacement of mechanical components - Participation in refurbishments and upgrades - Ensuring that work is carried out according to safety and quality requirements - Contributing to a positive work environment and motivating employees Your Profile You are meticulous, practical, and thrive in a technically oriented environment where quality, safety, and structure are central. In the role of Team Leader, it is important that you can work independently and take responsibility for supporting, coaching, and leading your team. To succeed in this position, you need to have experience from the railway industry, such as work with repair, maintenance, refurbishment, or component management within railway vehicles. We prefer that you are accustomed to practical assembly and repair work, have a good technical understanding, and always prioritize quality and safety. Previous experience in personnel management or work leadership is also a requirement, as the role involves leading and distributing work within the group. Requirements: - Experience from the railway industry - Experience in personnel management or work leadership - Secondary or post-secondary education in vehicle technology, electrical engineering, mechanics, automation, or equivalent - Good technical understanding - Class B driver's license and access to a personal vehicle Additional Information We will conduct a background check as part of the recruitment process.
