Sydsvenska Grödor is a local supplier that cultivates strawberries, raspberries, potatoes, dill, cucumbers, and lettuce. We deliver fresh vegetables such as Västerå cucumber and high-quality lettuce. We are certified according to IP Sigills Frukt & Grönt regulations and are allowed to label our products with the Swedish Seal.
You should have experience in berry cultivation and/or vegetable farming. It is an advantage if you have picked strawberries, raspberries, or vegetables. We are looking for workers with experience in berry picking and plant cultivation. At Sydsvenska Grödor, we pick berries: strawberries and raspberries. We also harvest vegetables: lettuce, dill, cucumbers, and potatoes.
There are also tasks such as weeding, packing products, and other activities related to cultivation. We offer simple accommodation with shared kitchen, toilets, showers, and washing machines, as well as rooms with sleeping arrangements.
We need a group that can work from April through September (40 people), as well as a group that starts with the strawberry season in May/June and continues until October (50 people). Having your own car is preferred as it facilitates transportation to the various cultivation sites and between the grocery store and accommodation. We will arrange transportation for those who cannot travel from the accommodation to the fields on their own.
