Therefore, we are now seeking an experienced UX Designer who wants to take clear ownership of our UX process and be a key component in our forward journey!
Job Description
As a UX Designer with us, you'll have a key role in developing our digital services. You'll be responsible for creating user-centered solutions that meet both user needs and business goals. You'll lead the entire UX process from start to finish, working closely with our product owners, developers, and other UX designers in an agile context.
Here, you'll combine research, analysis, and prototype work to create digital services that are intuitive, consistent, and functional. The role requires a holistic perspective where you can transform insights into concrete concepts, flows, and solutions through your experience. In this role, you'll also contribute to further developing UX processes and methods that create shared direction and quality throughout the design chain.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Drive the UX process - from user interview research to final design solution for web and app
* Create flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes in Figma that visualize user experience and support development teams
* Facilitate workshops and co-creation activities to involve colleagues in insight work and idea development
* Collaborate closely with product owners, designers, stakeholders, and developers in agile teams
* Plan and conduct user tests and observations to continuously improve our products and services
* Contribute to developing working methods, tools, and UX methods within the organization
Who Are You?

Experience-wise, we are looking for someone who has:
* At least 5 years of UX design experience in agile environments with experience leading design processes for web and app
* Ability to drive the entire UX process - from research to final solution
* Hands-on experience creating design and prototypes in Figma
* Strong collaborative skills and experience working closely with product owners
* Experience with agile methods and familiar with iterations, sprints, and preliminary studies/requirements work
* Experience working with digital accessibility according to WCAG
* Relevant higher education / academic degree
You should be fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written, and be a Swedish citizen.
