About this role
On behalf of our client, we are currently seeking an IT Team Coach for Stockholm. The assignment is full-time and is expected to start on December 5, 2025, and continue until December 31, 2026.
**About the Assignment**
The organization is responsible for planning, developing, and managing public transportation while ensuring a sustainable and accessible transport solution for residents and visitors. The operations encompass both general public transport and specialized transport services for individuals with disabilities and medical needs.
The IT department is responsible for the development and management of digital services that contribute to modern and efficient public transportation.
This assignment involves work within the product area of Specialized Transport Services, where the team develops and maintains a licensing system based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM On Prem with multiple integrations and connected websites. You will be an important part of a cross-functional agile team focused on stability, efficiency, and improvement.
**Description of the Role**
We are now looking for a Team Coach (Scrum Master) with extensive experience in agile frameworks. We seek someone who can guide and inspire teams by successfully leading fast-moving and efficient working methods inspired by agile frameworks, processes, and ceremonies. Your clear focus on continuous learning and improvement is crucial.
As a Team Coach (Scrum Master), your responsibilities will include:
- Training, coaching, and facilitating teams and individuals in agile principles, structuring and implementing applicable methods within the team.
- Creating and implementing processes for a transition to more agile and effective working methods.
- Planning and facilitating team ceremonies.
- Supporting teams in their daily work and establishing methods and structures that provide effective support while iteratively addressing any obstacles that may affect their performance and productivity towards goals.
- Proposing, establishing, and following up on various techniques to measure team capacity, performance, and development over time (burn-down, lead time, velocity, etc.).
- Communicating and following up on the team’s goals, deliverables, and needs with the Product Owner (PO).
- Communicating skill requirements and staffing needs, providing support in recruitment and planning, as well as organizing and coordinating internal and external meetings and projects.
- Actively driving the agile transformation journey within TF with your experience, methodological strength, and expertise.

**About You**
We are looking for someone who meets the following mandatory requirements:
- At least four (4) years of work experience as a Scrum Master and/or Team Coach in agile organizations. Please specify time intervals, assignments, and roles.
- At least three (3) years of experience working closely with Product Owners in an agile context. Please specify time intervals, assignments, and roles.
- At least two (2) years of work experience within the last 8 years in an agile development team (e.g., as a developer or tester).
- At least two (2) years of work experience in larger organizations (>200 people) with multiple teams and dependencies, specify time intervals, assignments, and roles.
- Certified Scrum Master (e.g., CSM, PSM, SAFe)
- At least two (2) years of experience using agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent. Please specify tools and assignments.
It is advantageous if you also meet the following requirements:
- At least one (1) year of work experience managing dependencies between teams and supporting the establishment of collaboration structures.
- At least one (1) year of work experience facilitating larger workshops (>20 participants) for alignment or planning. Please specify purpose and role, e.g., PI planning, Open Space, etc.
- At least one (1) year of work experience in change management related to agile transformation.
- At least one (1) year of work experience within the public sector.
