The IT department of the County Administrative Boards is national and works for all 21 County Administrative Boards in Sweden.
**Job Description**
We are looking for an experienced software developer who wants to help develop web applications using .NET technology. You will work across the entire stack with a focus on the frontend.
You will be part of the System Development function, where we work with agile methodologies and a DevOps culture in close collaboration with the business and operations. We work in teams with short iterations, using Azure DevOps as our tool.
We offer flexible working conditions with good opportunities to work remotely part of the time. The position is based in Karlstad.
Travel to Gothenburg may occur.
**Qualifications**
We are looking for someone who has worked as a developer for at least 5 years in DevOps environments within several larger complex organizations. You have a higher education or post-secondary education of at least two years in the IT field.
You have participated in complex projects using various methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban and have transformed prototypes into scalable and accessible web solutions. You have developed reusable components in a design system. You are an expert in JavaScript/TypeScript and Vue.js but can also work in other frameworks such as React. You have also conducted testing and quality assurance for various frameworks that can be automated. Additionally, you have integrated maps into web applications.
We would prefer if you have experience as a developer with the County Administrative Boards.
You are a team player with a humble attitude who enjoys collaborating with colleagues to find the best solutions for the organization. We expect you to have excellent skills in Swedish and professional English in writing, and you should be able to speak good English.

The salary range for this position is approximately 42,000 - 47,000 SEK.
