About the position: We are looking for an experienced system administrator with deep technical understanding and a professional approach. The role requires a person who thrives on responsibility, is structured, and can manage both customer environments and internal IT platforms at an advanced level. Responsibilities: • Operation, administration, and optimization of servers, networks, and cloud environments (Microsoft 365, Azure, etc.) • Management of user accounts, security policies, firewalls, and permissions • Troubleshooting, backup, patching, and system monitoring • Implementation of IT security solutions • Documentation and improvement of processes Requirements: • Academic education in IT or computer engineering, or documented experience from qualified work as a system administrator • At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in system operations or IT infrastructure • Solid experience with Microsoft environments (Windows Server, Azure AD, M365) • Understanding of network structures (TCP/IP, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, firewalls) • Ability to work independently, methodically, and with high quality • Fluent in Swedish or English, both spoken and written Meritorious: • Experience in IT security, firewalls, and system operations in customer environments • Relevant industry certifications in IT and system administration • Experience from consultancy or Managed Service Provider (MSP) Employment conditions: • Full-time, permanent position with a 6-month probationary period • Salary according to skill level and industry standards • Insurance and occupational pension according to collective agreements • Location: Nyköping Application and process Application deadline: November 10, 2025.
