Job Description Do you want to work in a technology-oriented role at a well-established and innovative company? We at NearYou are currently seeking a meticulous and driven Setter for Fristad Plast – a modern plastics company with a strong emphasis on quality, sustainability, and development. As a Setter at Fristad Plast, you will play a central role in production. You will be responsible for setting up and optimizing their injection molding machines and ensuring that production runs smoothly according to plan. You will become an important part of an experienced team where precision, accountability, and collaboration are key. You will work the evening shift with hours from 12:45 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday to Thursday. Responsibilities: - Set up, start, and optimize injection molding machines - Change tools and start production according to the production plan - Troubleshoot and resolve issues during production - Conduct quality checks and documentation Qualifications We are looking for someone who: - Has prior experience as a Setter in the plastics industry - Has technical understanding and preferably experience in injection molding - Is self-driven, solution-oriented, and meticulous - Enjoys working evening shifts - Communicates well in Swedish, both spoken and written - Ideally has experience in leading teams/shifts About NearYou NearYou is a recruitment and staffing company with offices in 17 cities.
