For recruitment to our pleasant client company, we are now seeking an experienced and analytical accountant with a broad skill set.
The role involves working with financial statements, tax returns, annual reports, and financial analyses related to inventory management and invoice matching. Over time, you will also take responsibility for reporting to a larger group and contribute to group accounting. This role is key within the finance function and you will be an important contact person for various department heads and eventually with the parent company.
Qualifications:
* University degree in finance, accounting, or equivalent
* At least 5 years of relevant experience in accounting
* Solid experience in financial closing, tax returns, annual reports, inventory accounting, and invoice matching
* Some experience with group accounting and reporting to a parent company
* Experience with the IFS business system is an advantage
* Excellent skills in Excel, and preferably experience with BI systems or similar analytical tools
* Good communication skills and accustomed to holding analysis meetings with various managers such as the IT manager, purchasing manager, and marketing manager, eventually also interacting with the parent company's finance department
* Fluent Swedish, both spoken and written, and good knowledge of English
We are looking for someone who is independent and proactive while also being structured and meticulous. You will be part of a wonderful finance team of about 10 people, so good collaboration skills and flexibility are important. You will have many contact points both internally and externally, which requires strong communication skills. Furthermore, you should have a business-oriented mindset and a holistic understanding of the business.
