Welcome to a place where collaboration makes a difference. **Your Role** Do you want to help drive projects to build maintenance capabilities within test and maintenance systems for airborne electronics across various platforms, primarily within Gripen and reconnaissance aircraft? We are now looking for an experienced project manager to join our project management office in Arboga. As a project manager, you will have overall responsibility for the project's planning, execution, and delivery. You will drive the work forward, monitor results, and ensure that we stay within both the timeline and budget. Your ability to see the big picture while focusing on details will be crucial for the project's success. The role involves close collaboration with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers. You will play an active role in identifying potential risks and obstacles, as well as developing strategies to manage these proactively. Your analytical thinking and problem-solving skills will help the team navigate challenges and keep the project on track.
