Experienced Project and Design Manager in Construction and Real Estate

MGKS Ingenjörsbyrå AB is growing and is now seeking an experienced, dedicated, and analytically strong Project and Design Manager. We are looking for someone with a relevant master's degree (e.g., civil engineering, construction technology, architecture, industrial economics, or similar) and at least 1 year of documented experience in project management or design management within the construction and real estate sector. **About the Role** As a Project and Design Manager, you will have a varied assignment where you drive and coordinate projects throughout the entire process from early stages to execution and completion. You will work both strategically and operationally with planning, monitoring, coordination of design, timelines, risk analyses, and quality assurance of deliveries. You will be responsible for leading the project team forward, ensuring that the client's needs are met, and that the project is executed according to set goals, requirements, and financial frameworks.
