ABOUT THE POSITION
We are looking for a driven process engineer to strengthen our client's team and drive the development of their production processes. This is a central role where you will be responsible for optimizing processes to ensure the highest possible efficiency and product quality. The work is carried out in the form of projects and assignments, where you will be involved in the entire chain – from initial analysis to final implementation and validation. You will collaborate closely with colleagues to drive continuous improvement efforts. You will manage projects of varying sizes and complexities – from short, quick interventions to larger strategic assignments. As a person, you are both practical and theoretical, giving you the full ability to overview, analyze, and optimize the entire process flow.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Tasks
* Develop and design new processes (process design/development)
* Create detailed functional descriptions
* Lead and implement improvement initiatives
* Conduct qualification and validation work
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Have a university degree or equivalent in a relevant technical field, such as chemical engineering, molecular biotechnology, or medical technology.
- Have at least three years of experience working in pharmaceutical manufacturing, medical technology, or another regulated industry where you have worked as a process engineer in manufacturing or process development and production technology.
- Are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
It is advantageous if you have
- Experience in aseptic manufacturing, packaging equipment
- Knowledge of GMP, GAMP5, or ISO13485
- Previous experience working as a consultant
