Experienced Tiler with Customer Responsibility We are looking for an experienced tiler who wants to combine craftsmanship with customer contact and project responsibility. Your Responsibilities In the role of tiler, you will work on various projects within both the private and public sectors, where you will be responsible for the entire tiling process – from planning to finished result. You will maintain ongoing customer contact and ensure that each customer receives the best possible service throughout the project. You will be responsible for timelines, follow-ups, quality controls, and driving the work forward with good structure and a holistic view. The role also involves working with technical drawings via design programs and managing work orders, reports, and invoicing in the business systems NOVA and Backoffice. Requirements Profile To succeed in this role, you need to have: • Documented experience in tiling • Previous experience with customer responsibility • Good knowledge of design programs (e.g., AutoCAD or similar) • Computer literacy and experience with business systems, particularly NOVA and Backoffice • A valid driver's license (B category) • Good collaboration skills and a strong work ethic To thrive with us, you need to be confident in your professional skills and able to take initiative.
