You will lead foremen and skilled workers, create structure, and ensure that the project is conducted in accordance with applicable requirements for quality, environment, and working conditions.
You are accustomed to taking initiative, working independently, and delivering on larger projects. With solid experience in construction production, you will be a central force in creating progress, security, and clarity on the job site.
Your Main Responsibilities

• Establish the main schedule and production timeline
• Lead, allocate, and optimize staffing for foremen and skilled workers
• Drive the project's finances, forecasts, and production management
• Establish and monitor project goals
• Identify and manage risks while ensuring quality, environment, and working conditions
• Ensure the appropriate levels of training and certifications on the job site
• Create project plans, control plans, and work environment plans, and act as the responsible person for safety coordination (BAS-U)
• Conduct kick-off meetings and ongoing project meetings
• Maintain ongoing dialogue and reporting to the client regarding progress, finances, and risks
• Manage change requests
• Work according to established processes and develop good relationships with clients and partners
Authority
In this role, you have the mandate to:
• Lead and allocate work for your own staff and subcontractors
• Make agreements within the project according to the company's guidelines
This is the role for you if you want to take a clear, professional, and operational leadership position in projects with high demands and significant impact. Here, you will have the opportunity to shape both production and the team – and create results that endure over time.
