Experienced Monitor / Clinical Project Manager

As a monitor/clinical project manager at Lihme, you will work closely with researchers, investigators, and clinicians in studies that are often complex, investigator-driven, and regulatory-compliant. You will be a key person in the planning, execution, and follow-up of clinical studies – both within pharmaceuticals, registries, medical technology, and academic research environments. In this role, you will have a broad and varied responsibility within clinical trials. You will lead and follow up on studies from start-up to close-out and work closely with researchers, investigators, and clinical teams. The work encompasses both project management and monitoring within pharmaceuticals, medtech, and academic studies. You will plan and drive studies forward by monitoring timelines, budgets, and deliverables, as well as ensuring that all activities are conducted in accordance with GCP, ISO 14155, and other relevant regulations. The role involves developing and quality-assuring study documentation, protocols, and risk management plans, as well as collaborating with R&D units and regulatory functions to create effective workflows. As a monitor, you will be responsible for conducting qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits, ensuring protocol compliance and data quality, performing SDV, and managing queries. You will support sites in their daily study work and contribute to smooth processes and high patient safety. You will also play an important role in developing and improving Lihme's internal routines and workflows for clinical studies. Your profile: - Documented experience as a monitor in clinical trials. - Experience from both clinical drug trials and medtech trials. - Experience in project management within clinical studies is an advantage. - Very good knowledge of GCP and ISO 14155. - Ability to work independently and in a structured manner. - Good communication skills and a professional approach.
