About this role
We are currently seeking an experienced Communicator for a consulting assignment:
- Scope: Part-time 75%
- Start: December 1, 2025
- Duration: February 28, 2026, possibly longer.
You will be employed by Poolia but will work on-site with our client in Södertälje. Some remote work is possible.
About the Position
We are looking for someone with several years of experience as a communicator. You have relevant education or equivalent experience and are a skilled writer. We prefer that you are accustomed to working across various channels and can manage complex contexts, making them comprehensible based on the needs of different target groups. You should also enjoy working on multiple parallel small and large assignments. This is a role for someone who likes to collaborate with the organizations. We aim to create the most effective communication for the organizations!
Your Main Responsibilities
At the client’s site, you will produce texts, news, internal and external communication, take photos and videos, plan, implement, and follow up on communication efforts, while maintaining a holistic perspective on how communication can be effective.
You will do this in close collaboration with various parts of the administration, which are generally our clients. Over time, you will work for different offices and subject areas.
Who Are You?
To be considered for the role, you need to meet the following criteria:
- Worked as a communicator in a central communication function for at least 4 years within municipal administration in the last 6 years.
- Experience as a communicator within larger organizations, defined as having at least 5,000 employees.
- Experience as a communicator for large projects, where "large projects" refers to those with steering groups, project groups, directives, and spanning at least 1 year within the last 4 years.
- Experience in photography and videography as a communicator.
- Experience with AI in the communicator role.
- Experience in communication via social media.
- Experience in communication based on Clear Language.
- Proficiency in Photoshop.
Personal Attributes:
As a person, you are driven, creative, solution-oriented, and unpretentious, while also having the ability to prioritize when necessary. In your role, you will work independently, alongside colleagues within the unit, but primarily with various organizations in the municipality. It is crucial that you are good at creating and maintaining positive relationships with both individuals and, for example, management teams in the offices.
The client operates at a high pace, with a lot to do, involving both short, quick assignments and projects that extend over several years. Therefore, you need to be someone who can handle multiple tasks simultaneously while also planning for long-term communication assignments.
