Experienced Moving Truck Driver - Moving Assistant 75-85%

We are currently seeking two experienced Moving Truck Drivers at 75-85% capacity for our Moving Operations in Greater Stockholm, based at our office in Ulvsunda/Bromma. This position offers the opportunity to develop into a team leadership role. Rent A Mover is a moving company with over 25 years of industry experience. We serve both private and public clients, handling everything from large household moves to individual furniture transport, office relocations, piano transportation, and other advanced heavy transport services, including staffing with ID06 and moving cleaning services. We deliver our services directly to customers and indirectly as subcontractors. Responsibilities and Expectations As a Driver at Rent A Mover, you have a crucial key role where, in addition to working as a team Mover, you drive and are responsible for the vehicle to and from customers. Additional tasks include ensuring the vehicle is in good condition and everything is properly organized after each assignment. The driver's responsibilities also include consulting with team leaders to ensure the vehicle is fueled, cleaned, and safety-checked before each trip, as well as managing customer belongings loading. A driver's license is mandatory. Local knowledge of Greater Stockholm and previous experience with similar tasks are strongly advantageous. As a team leader, you will work with back office and the CEO to manage daily operations and workflow. You'll engage with customers on-site, adapting services to their needs while considering company capabilities. You'll ensure movers perform tasks optimally and are responsible for training new employees in safe and customer-friendly work practices. It is crucial that you are interested in delivering excellent service, have strong communication skills, are fluent in Swedish, and have moving industry experience. We do not compromise on quality and expect all our Movers and Drivers to be meticulous, responsible, understand customer privacy, and demonstrate flexibility. Who Are We Looking For?
