As a Manager, you will play a central role in leading, conducting, and developing the operations in accordance with applicable legislation and regulations. You will lead the staff group, follow up on quality and routines, and serve as the contact person for authorities and potentially relatives.

About Us
Incola is a family-like home with 7 + 2 treatment places in a large standalone building just outside Järvsö. We receive girls and boys with emerging substance abuse and psychosocial issues between 13-18 years old.
We offer youth qualified treatment that provides support, guidance, and the opportunity for a safe and well-functioning life. During their placement, youth will have the chance to develop a healthy approach to themselves, their family, and other networks. Your Qualifications and Characteristics:
• Relevant university degree of at least 180 university credits, such as social work
• At least 2 years of experience working with youth with emerging substance abuse and/or psychosocial issues
• Previous experience leading personnel
• Class B driver's license
Your commitment and ability to create relationships are important qualities, and you need to be driven, responsible, and confident in your leadership role.
You must be able to work independently and be skilled at prioritizing and planning work based on needs. Your tasks involve coordinating daily work while also maintaining a long-term plan for the operation.
