About Renholmen Renholmen AB designs, delivers, installs, and commissions high-tech machines with automated solutions for timber handling at sawmills and other wood processing facilities. In our after-market work, we offer spare parts and provide service, upgrades, and other collaborative developments to our customers for increased performance and operational reliability. About the Job As an accounting assistant in our administration department, which consists of three people, you will work broadly with tasks involved in the company's ongoing accounting and administration, including: · Invoice management · Accounts receivable and payable · Incoming and outgoing payments · Ongoing bookkeeping and reconciliations · Participation in monthly and annual financial statements · Other administrative tasks Who You Are We are looking for someone with relevant education and experience in similar tasks, with experience working in a business system and good Excel skills. You must be fluent in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. We place great importance on your personal qualities. To thrive in the role, it is important that you are service-oriented and committed, enjoy taking responsibility, and can work independently. You are detail-oriented and have an easy time collaborating with others. You enjoy solving problems together with colleagues and have the ability to see both the big picture and details in financial flows.
