Experienced CNC Operator

About the Position We are now seeking a skilled and self-motivated CNC Operator for a long-term assignment at one of our customers in Eskilstuna. You will work in an advanced production environment where technical expertise, problem-solving ability, and quality awareness are in focus. The position is a permanent morning shift (05:36 - 14:15), so you need to be flexible and available for this work schedule. The assignment is through us as a staffing company, with immediate start. About the Company You will work in a technically modern and forward-leaning environment where you will have the opportunity to further develop your skills and contribute to high-quality production. You will be working on manufacturing with Mazak Integrex 200 and 300 – 5-axis lathes – where programming is done in ISO (not Mazatrol). The work includes the entire process: from drawing to finished product. The role has clear production engineering aspects, so you should enjoy thinking one step beyond the pure operator role. Your Profile We are looking for someone who: - Has many years of experience in advanced CNC manufacturing - Is familiar with ISO programming - Has experience with turning in 5-axis machines - Can set up and operate machines independently - Has very good drawing reading skills - Is solution-oriented, meticulous, and unpretentious - Enjoys collaboration and wants to be part of a competent team Meriting: - Experience with Mazatrol (even if not relevant for all machines) - Familiarity with measuring machines - Previous experience in production engineering tasks or optimization As a person, we want you to be responsible, goal-oriented, flexible, positive, organized, and have good collaborative skills, as the work takes place at our customers' sites.
