Being a Store Manager at Synsam Mall of Scandinavia is more than just running a store – it involves taking on a strategic leadership role for one of Sweden's largest and most significant Synsam units. You will be a key player in one of the Nordics' most innovative companies in optics and lifestyle products, where your leadership will influence people, results, and the future customer experience.
A day as a leader at Synsam Mall of Scandinavia When you step through the store's doors, you will meet a large, dedicated team of approximately 40 employees – store salespeople, opticians, team leaders, and deputy store managers – who together deliver world-class service and results.
