A Day as a Store Manager and Star Leader at Synsam

Additionally, as store manager, you'll be entrusted to:
• Shape and develop a store culture reflecting our values – where the customer is #1, we take responsibility, and we are innovative.
• Take comprehensive responsibility for the store's success, from recruiting and training staff to results, customer experience, and local marketing.
• Think outside the box in reaching sales targets and optimizing results. With both freedom and responsibility, we seek a leader who dares to try new things and learn from experiences.
