You are a person who loves to create creative learning environments, but also sees the value in building clear routines and structure for both children and colleagues.

Ängbybarnen preschools in Norra Ängby, Bromma, have been operating as an independent entity since 2008. Our vision is to strengthen children's self-esteem by listening to their experiences and creating an environment free from judgments. We work project-oriented and with an approach based on empathetic communication (NVC), which permeates our daily activities.
We are looking for someone who:
• Has documented experience as a preschool assistant and masters the craft of the profession.
• Is structured and can create order and clarity.
• Has a playful spirit and sees opportunities to create creative learning environments.
• Is driven and proactive.
• Has an interest in NVC and wants to enhance children's ability to express feelings and needs.
