Experienced Site Manager

As part of our Gothenburg group, you will work in a close-knit team with a strong team spirit, where we support each other and have fun along the way. We believe in building both homes and relationships – and we hope you want to be a part of it!
Your main responsibilities:
• Plan, lead, and follow up on production within one or more construction blocks
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure that work is carried out according to schedule and quality requirements
• Contribute to a safe and secure work environment
• Be a role model for Peab's values: Down-to-earth, Developing, Personal, and Reliable
We are looking for someone who has:
• Relevant education in construction, such as a construction engineer or equivalent
• Many years of experience as a site manager or block manager in larger construction projects
• A good understanding of the construction process, occupational health and safety legislation, and contract law
• The ability to lead and motivate teams and create structure in a dynamic environment
• In this role, you need to be able to lead through others
• Experience working with multi-family housing and new construction
• Fluent Swedish, both spoken and written
• A valid B driver's license
