The Swedish Armed Forces’ Telecommunications and Information Systems Command (FMTIS) is seeking a new colleague for the System Management Unit (SFE) in Enköping. SFE manages and develops the Armed Forces’ IT systems/applications and master data. Our primary mission is to ensure the functionality and security of the systems, that the information is secure, accurate, and accessible, thereby contributing to the operational capability of the Armed Forces. We have approximately 200 employees and a large number of consultants distributed across six departments.

You will work within the PRIO Department, which is responsible for the management and development of the Armed Forces' SAP solution (PRIO). Our employees drive system management and development in areas such as Logistics, Finance, and HR. In recent years, we have implemented a larger technical conversion to SAP S4/HANA and are now focusing on the next steps in our work.
Main Responsibilities
As part of our team, you will be the link between the HR processes in the Armed Forces and our system solution. Your tasks will include incident and problem management, configuration in SAP, and system development. You will be responsible for driving and developing both simpler and more complex cases and will work closely with solutions specialists, architects, and developers.
Our group consists of systems analysts, solutions specialists, team leads, and section managers – all with strong commitment and drive.
We are looking for a colleague who already has considerable experience with SAP. We will teach you our system solution (PRIO), how we have chosen to set it up, and how it is used in our operations - and you will contribute your knowledge of SAP to enhance our capabilities in this area.
Examples of tasks:
• Maintain, configure, and develop SAP
• Support other systems analysts, solutions specialists, process leaders, and other stakeholders in both practical and strategic matters
• Provide assistance to the Armed Forces' operations regarding system and user issues
• Plan, drive, and participate in development and management work
• Participate in exciting projects and activities
Qualifications (requirements)
• Several years of experience with larger SAP installations as an application specialist, solutions specialist, manager, or developer
• Academic degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, or equivalent skills acquired in other ways
• Excellent ability to express yourself in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Good collaboration skills
• Ability to create structure, order, and clarity
Meritorious
• Experience with SAP H4S4 or SAP S4/HANA
• Experience with SAP HR/HCM
• Experience with SAP Fiori
• Experience working with agile frameworks
• Experience in project management or management administration
• Previous experience from the Armed Forces or another government authority, or experience from another large organization

Please note that the opportunities for remote work are limited in this position.
Additional Information
The position is a permanent full-time employment as a civilian employee. The Armed Forces applies a six-month trial period for those who are not already employed by the authority.
