ABOUT THE POSITION At our support office in Gothenburg, approximately 80 employees support over 120 stores in Sweden. Specsavers has been named one of Sweden's best workplaces by Great Place to Work. Now you have the chance to join our success train, in the role of Account Manager with a focus on B2B customers. You will work independently across the entire region. In this role, you will be tracked against various key performance indicators, so it is crucial that you are goal and results-oriented while maintaining a strong customer relationship focus. We are looking for someone who enjoys finding new ways to increase sales through new customer acquisition, with ample room for creativity. Your personal drive and initiative are welcomed with open arms - our organization wants to learn from you, and vice versa. We place great importance on your independent experience in B2B sales, including work with new customer acquisition, existing customer contact, negotiation, quotation, contract signing, and administration. This is a one-year consulting position where your employment will be continuously evaluated with good opportunities for extension. It is a full-time position during weekdays, primarily 8:30 AM-5:00 PM with flexible work options. Travel may be required. You will work on identifying customer needs, presenting solutions, and negotiating contracts. * New Customer Acquisition – Process corporate customers (mid-sized companies). Prospecting, meeting booking, and new customer meetings * Sales Administration – Registering activities in CRM system (Superoffice), setting up new business customers, and contract registration * Support - Responding to calls/emails from new and existing customers * Networking – Establishing contacts at various trade shows, networks, and forums to identify new business opportunities * Continuously working proactively to increase sales in new industries WE ARE SEEKING SOMEONE WHO: - Has at least 3 years of experience in B2B sales in an Account Manager or similar role - Has good system and computer skills - will work in Superoffice - Can communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, verbally and in writing, as required by the work due to Specsavers being an international organization It is advantageous if you have: - Previous product knowledge To succeed in the role, you should have the following personal qualities: - Goal-oriented - Social - Responsible We seek an engaged and self-driven individual with strong self-leadership. You should be communicative and comfortable communicating via phone, email, and in personal meetings. Your business and service-oriented approach should be clear, and you should be driven by both sales and meeting deadlines. Creativity and solution-orientation are in your backbone, making you an excellent Account Manager. With among the highest eyewear prices in Europe, there was a need for more affordable products, and Specsavers was welcomed by customers. Before Specsavers' establishment, Sweden was the European country where customers changed glasses least frequently.
