We drive the environmental strategy for the entire company and the full sustainability agenda linked to our supply chain. **Your impact:** As the Environmental Management System Coordinator at Axis Communications, you will be responsible for ensuring our environmental management system is effective, compliant, up-to-date, and efficiently managed. In your role, you will collaborate with colleagues across the company - from R&D and Facilities to Sourcing and Sales as well as with external parties. **Your mission:** - **Improve system:** Manage and improve Axis environmental management system. - **Assess impact:** Assess environmental aspects and risks. - **Communicate:** Educate and inspire the organization regarding the environmental management system. - **Evaluate performance:** Perform internal environmental management system audits and compliance audits and coordinate non-conformities and corrective actions. - **Coordinate compliance:** Coordinate activities to ensure compliance with new environmental regulations and standards and coordinate external environmental audits by certification bodies or customers. **Your desired profile:** - University degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, or a related field. - 4 years of experience in managing an ISO 14001 certified environmental management system, including establishing processes and procedures, assessing environmental aspects, and performing environmental management system audits. - Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and standards. - Strong self-motivation and you set and achieve tough personal goals. - Excellent cooperation skills and you contribute to a positive and open working climate across organizational borders. - Skilled in driving change management. - Confident in educating employees. - Ability to visualize and bring structure to abstract processes. - Structured and meticulous in managing environmental data and processes. - Fluency in English is a must.
