Sh is seeking a Contract Engineer for our construction operations in Upplands Väsby.
Sh bygg, sten och anläggning has been established for over 100 years and is one of Sweden's oldest family-owned contracting companies in construction and civil engineering. About the position
As a Contract Engineer, you will have a responsible role throughout the entire project, where your tasks will include:
• Tender work – request documentation, bid collection
• Planning – production budget, procurement plan, accounting plan, timeline
• Purchasing – bid evaluation, delivery plan
• Production – invoicing, deviation management, reconciliation of payment plans
• Forecasting – ongoing cost reconciliation
• Project closure – documentation and final regulation
We are looking for someone who:
Has many years of work experience in the construction sector and is used to working in larger, complex contracts with many involved stakeholders. Additionally, we expect that you have:
• A valid driver's license (B category)
• Proficient Swedish, both spoken and written
• Post-secondary education in construction
• Training in contract law
• Training in occupational health and safety, quality, and environmental management
• Experience in monitoring environmental sustainability is an asset
To thrive in this role, you should be someone who is accustomed to taking initiative and who has a business-oriented, meticulous, and structured way of working.
Since we often have assignments for clients with specific security requirements, you will need to undergo and pass a security screening, which includes an extract from the criminal records register, and Swedish citizenship is a requirement.
