You will become an important part of a team consisting of site manager, site supervisor, and project manager, focusing on an efficient, quality-assured, and well-structured production phase. About the Role As a construction engineer, you will be active in production and have a comprehensive overview of the project's economy, planning, and follow-up. You will contribute to the project being carried out professionally and cost-effectively, with good control over time, economy, and quality. Your Primary Responsibilities: • Ongoing financial follow-up and forecasting work • Procurement and contracts with subcontractors and suppliers • Planning and coordination of resources and timeline • Handling and documentation of additional, changed, and supplementary work (ÄTA) • Ensuring routines within Quality, Environment, and Work Environment (KMA) • Providing technical and administrative support to the site organization Your Profile We are looking for someone who has: • At least 5 years of experience as a construction engineer, project engineer, or equivalent • Experience with new construction of multi-family housing, preferably within turnkey contracts • Construction technical education or equivalent • Good knowledge of AMA/AF, AB/ABT, and project economics • Familiarity with digital tools such as Byggsamord, MAP, BidCon, Bluebeam, or similar • Excellent Swedish language skills, both spoken and written • Driving license (B-class) is a requirement You will be employed as a consultant at Prowork, and the project is expected to last at least 12 months, starting at the turn of the year.
