About this role
Who are you?
As a contracting engineer with our client, you will work closely with the site manager and support them on-site. We expect you, as an applicant, to have a background in one of the following areas: residential, community, and commercial construction in the form of renovation and/or new construction. You are flexible in your working methods when needed, but you are also experienced in working within projects. It is essential that you are self-sufficient while also being able to collaborate with others. You are meticulous and strong in the administrative aspects, and you always deliver on time. You are also communicative, structured, solution-oriented, and engaged in the project.
Qualifications:
• At least five years of experience in the role of contracting engineer and/or project engineer within construction
• Experience in procurement
• Relevant education or equivalent work experience
• Good knowledge of the construction industry - general regulations AB04/ABT06, ABK
• You communicate clearly and well in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
• Driver's license B
