Hotel Fratelli at Soltorget in Karlstad opened its doors to guests in April 2024. To elevate our hospitality to new heights, we are now looking for a Guest Host with a natural sense of hospitality and a passion for creating an organized and pleasant environment for our guests. In the role of Guest Host, you will be one of the first people our guests meet, and your presence will set the tone for their stay. We are looking for someone who combines warmth and friendliness with the ability to maintain order and security, which is crucial for our guests to feel comfortable and cared for. As a Guest Host, you will be responsible for welcoming each guest with a personal and warm reception while creating an atmosphere of order and harmony. With both humility and authority, you will ensure that the hotel’s rules are followed, and when necessary, you will handle any situations where guests need guidance to contribute to a pleasant environment for all. Your role also involves being available to answer questions, assist with recommendations, and be attentive to guests' needs and wishes to make their stay as memorable as possible. We are looking for someone who, with a twinkle in their eye and a sense of order, can handle the unexpected and create a sense of security for our visitors. Experience in hotels, restaurants, or service professions is advantageous, and we prefer candidates who have good language skills in both Swedish and English. The position primarily involves weekend work, so we seek someone who is flexible and enjoys working when our guests are most active.
