We are strengthening the architecture area and are now looking for experienced enterprise architects (EAs) with a focus on business and information architecture and prior experience in complex business and IT landscapes. About the job Architectural work is a central area where you will have the opportunity to contribute to development. You will help create the conditions for the digital transformation the authority is currently undertaking, and you will be an important part of the authority's development activities. You will be part of the authority's overarching EA team, where you, together with other architects, will be responsible for developing and managing agency-wide architectural artifacts, such as target architectures, business capabilities, and information structures, as well as formulating and maintaining architectural principles, reference architectures, and methods and models for architecture. The work also involves planning and coordinating architectural work, supporting the organization during change processes, leading workshops, and developing architectural concepts. All of this is aimed at ensuring that the authority's overall vision, goals, and strategy are followed and aligned with the authority's IT strategy. You will have flexible working hours, and it is a given for us that you should have a balance between work and leisure. You will belong to the section for architecture governance within the development management unit of the Financial Management Department and be based in Gothenburg, Sundbyberg, or Umeå. The section is also responsible for information governance, which means that tasks within this area may occur. In this job, you will: - Independently plan and drive your work forward to achieve results. - Have strong collaborative skills and support others to achieve common goals. - Possess a good understanding of the role of architecture within the whole and be able to communicate this to others. - Have the ability to create and maintain contacts. - Communicate effectively in Swedish and English, expressing yourself in a simple, clear, and pedagogical manner in both speech and writing. - Have strong problem-solving skills, see patterns, and be able to make delineations. You should also have: - A higher education degree of at least 180 credits (120 ECTS) in a relevant field or several years of current work experience in qualified tasks that the employer deems relevant for the position. - Several years of current and relevant experience in business and/or information architecture to analyze and document the needs for business transformations based on goals and vision. - Several years of current and relevant experience working within development activities. - Current experience leading modeling workshops. It is desirable that you have experience working in a large and complex organization, such as another authority or a large company. It is also desired that you have experience documenting architecture in EA tools, that you have worked in an agile framework such as SAFe, and that you are certified in or have current work experience in change management and/or project management. Good to know The employment is permanent and may start with a six-month probationary period. Employment with us may require placement in a security classification. A security clearance with a background check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may therefore be conducted prior to a hiring decision.
