We are now seeking an Enterprise Architect who wants to help shape the future of digital gym experience! About the Role As an Enterprise Architect with us, you will be a key player in driving our digital transformation and ensuring that we remain at the forefront of technology. You will have overall responsibility for our technical architecture and long-term strategy, as well as ensuring that we create world-class digital services for our members and internal operations. The role is based in Lund and reports to our CIO, while being part of the Fitness24Seven IT team and IT Management Team. You will collaborate closely with other IT departments consisting of a total of 30 people in development, IT operations, project management, and Business Intelligence. Your Responsibilities • Develop IT strategies aligned with Fitness24Seven's overall goals. • Analyze existing IT infrastructure and create Roadmaps for technological development. • Architectural design in digital development, Cloud infrastructure, network, IT security, and data. • Create technical Roadmap for Fitness24Seven's digital development, including web, app, member system, and internal business support. • Ensure digital development and IT infrastructure work optimally together. • Drive innovation and technical solutions that improve customer experience for our hundreds of thousands of members. • Ensure we build scalable, stable, and modern IT environments for our international growth. • Inspire and develop an engaged team of developers, technicians, and digital specialists. • Collaborate closely with business development, marketing, and operations to ensure our digital solutions meet business needs and promote collaboration, understanding, and synergies. As an Enterprise Architect at Fitness24Seven, you will work with a modern tech stack in both digital development and IT infrastructure. The base for digital development is C# .NET and Azure Cloud native. For IT infrastructure, Microsoft is consistently used with a focus on Azure. Fitness24Seven's global network is built on SD-WAN. Who Are You? We are seeking someone with a passion for architectural design and IT strategies who wants to make a difference in a fast-growing and international environment. You have: • Several years of experience in architectural design, IT strategies, and digital transformations. • Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, system development, Cloud platforms, networks, and modern technologies. • Experience with agile working methods, product development, and DevOps. • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and drive initiatives from idea to reality. • International experience or familiarity with working in a global context is meritorious. • You are an engaged team player who elevates your team and thrives in a high-paced environment with an entrepreneurial spirit.
