About this role
Job Responsibilities
We are growing, renewing, and together taking the next step in a transformation journey we call ÄVO 2.0, where we strengthen leadership and care quality through more managers and improved working methods. The goal is for each unit manager to have approximately 20 employees to enable a more present leadership style. We are now seeking four courageous and committed unit managers who want to be part of our transformation journey. Our care and nursing homes are located in Northeast and Central Gothenburg: Geråshus, Kviberg/Sekelbo, Gunnared, and Bagaregården.
We value a present leadership approach, where each manager has the opportunity to focus on supporting their employees. We are looking for someone who wants to run the operation in close collaboration with fellow managers and contributes an innovative working method. Here, you will exercise a non-prestigious and communicative leadership style, actively creating conditions for a positive work environment and promoting employee participation.
As a unit manager, you are responsible for ensuring residents' care and service needs are met. You have financial, personnel, and workplace environment responsibilities. Together with employees, you create a dynamic and positive work environment characterized by trust-based leadership. You will be part of the area's management group, consisting of the operations manager and other unit managers for care and nursing homes in the city district.
