**Job Responsibilities** Do you want to be part of continuing to develop home care services in Askim and Tynnered? Now you have the chance as we are looking for two unit managers to join our management team. We are committed to elderly care and want you as a manager to have the best conditions to do a great job. Therefore, we are expanding with a manager at the home care center in Askim to reduce the number of employees per manager, allowing you to practice close leadership. We will implement this change together with the staff during the spring. Here, you will have three dedicated unit managers as your closest colleagues. At the center in Tynnered, you will have two experienced managerial colleagues and a close collaboration where responsibilities and leadership are shared. Approximately 90 people work at the center, and the northern Tynnered unit has about 25 employees. As a unit manager, you are responsible for ensuring that the care recipients' needs for care and service are met. You will lead your operations through trust-based and close leadership, and it is important that you are accessible to both staff and care recipients. Together, we make it possible for people to remain at home and live a dignified life well into their later years! The operational area Southwest 2 extends from the Southern Archipelago all the way down to Billdal, and you will be part of the management team for the operational area, which consists of the operations manager, quality developer, and other unit managers. Development of the operations occurs both in working groups with other unit managers within the Southwest urban area and in your own management team. To support and develop your leadership, the City of Gothenburg offers various introductory training and professional development programs aimed at managers. **Qualifications** **Requirements:** We are looking for someone with a university degree of at least 120 higher education credits in care and social services, social work, or behavioral sciences. Alternatively, you may have another university degree that the employer assesses as equivalent. **Meritorious:** • Management experience • Management experience specifically in home care • Leadership training • Experience in care and social work in a role other than as a manager • Good knowledge of legislation SoL and HSL **Personal Attributes:** Collaborative: You work well with others by listening, showing interest, and respect.
