Your Responsibilities
As unit manager for Wisby Söder Healthcare Center, you are responsible for leading and distributing work for district nurses, nurses, and nursing assistants. You have workplace environment, personnel, and economic responsibility for approximately 20 employees. The assignment includes close collaboration with the operations manager, and you will be part of the healthcare center and primary care management team. As a manager, your work also involves collaborating across the entire organization and with external actors to contribute to a holistic view of healthcare.
Your primary tasks will involve daily management, planning, and follow-up of work in close cooperation with employees to create a secure, patient-safe operation and sustainable work environment. Tasks also include being jointly responsible for quality and development work with the operations manager. The position may also include some clinical work if needed.
Who Are You?
We are looking for someone with a college education in the healthcare sector, and we prefer nursing/district nurse training. A class B driver's license is required.
You have experience working as a leader, and we consider previous experience working at a healthcare center as meritorious.
