The Tollarp Health Center, with a branch in Degeberga, is located in two places, as the name suggests, both in Tollarp and Degeberga. Our rural health centers are places where we meet people at all stages of life. The Tollarp Health Center acquired the Degeberga branch in November 2023, and we are developing the opportunity for our approximately 8,400 registered patients to seek care at both locations. In Tollarp, the health center is conveniently located near the E22 highway and bus connections to Kristianstad and Malmö. The branch in Degeberga is situated in the village center with good bus connections to both Kristianstad and Ystad/Simrishamn. Free staff parking is available at both locations. Here, we offer care for both somatic and mental health issues, and we continuously work on developing new methods of operation. We have, among other services, a medical clinic, district nurse clinic, physiotherapist, social worker, dietitian, psychologist, occupational therapist, nursing assistants, and nurse-led specialist clinics for asthma/COPD, diabetes, elderly care, child health care, and health conversations. Our laboratory is staffed by experienced nursing assistants, and in daily operations, medical secretaries, receptionists, and administrators provide essential support. We strive to offer patients interdisciplinary assessments based on their needs and actively work to utilize everyone's competencies to the fullest. An important part of the role is developmental leadership, where you coach and support employees while harnessing their skills and engagement. You create a positive work environment where employees thrive and feel encouraged to take responsibility. Through present and driving leadership, you motivate and engage the team to achieve set goals. We encourage a creative working method where you, as unit manager, see alternative solutions, involve, and utilize the competencies of the various professions in your organization. We have a management structure with an internal management group. In this group, you will work alongside the medical management responsible (MLA), operations manager, managerial support, and team leaders. The position will be based both at the Tollarp health center and in Degeberga. Clinical duties within your professional category may be included in the role. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with a university or college degree in health care, or other relevant education in health care as assessed by the employer. Proficiency in Swedish at least at level C1 according to the Council of Europe’s scale is required. Experience as a manager/leader in primary care and in developing operations is an advantage. Additionally, knowledge and experience regarding the structure and reimbursement model of health care choices, accreditation conditions, and budget work is also beneficial. Familiarity with primary care support systems such as HR, Medrave, QlikView, and PMO quality data is a plus. To succeed in this role, we see that you have experience and understanding of the various professions that make up the team around the patient and are accustomed to including medical aspects in operational decisions.
