Landskrona Omsorg AB is a municipal company that offers care and support housing, health and medical care, home care services, as well as support and services for individuals with disabilities. The company will manage all municipal care operations in Landskrona starting in 2025 and is owned by the City of Landskrona.

With us, you will play a key role in shaping the organization with a focus on sustainability, collaboration, and development. As a unit manager, your responsibilities will include:
• Leading and developing the unit with a focus on quality, goal fulfillment, and the needs of the organization.
• Supporting and developing employees to ensure high quality.
• Driving change initiatives to meet the demands of the organization.
• Implementing digital solutions and new working methods to increase efficiency.
• You will have personnel, budget, and work environment responsibilities for the unit.
• Ensuring sustainable resource utilization and actively contributing to achieving our goals.
• Collaborating with other actors within our company and other departments in the city.
Segergatan care and support housing has 42 apartments with a focus on dementia care.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for a confident and clear leader with the ability to communicate direction and guidance naturally. You view follow-up, evaluation, and improvement as a natural part of your role. You are also solution-oriented and have a good ability to manage change. You have a strategic and analytical approach and see the bigger picture in your role. To meet future challenges, you need to be engaged and curious about external monitoring, particularly regarding digital solutions.
You should have:
• Education and experience that the employer deems relevant for the position, and that meets IVO's requirements for competence to be a license holder for the operation.
• Documented experience in leading and developing organizations.
We prefer:
• The ability to create engagement, motivation, and lead the organization towards set goals while ensuring results.
• It is important that you have the ability to lead change processes and drive process management, with a particular focus on digitalization and the introduction of new working methods.
• Experience in leading within a politically governed organization, with an understanding of its complexity and requirements, as well as experience in budget and personnel responsibility and working with continuous improvements, including driving development and improvement work.
