The Recruitment and Staffing Unit is part of the Quality and Development Department, where you as a manager will be part of the management team. The unit has a central mission: to ensure the right staffing, right competence, and right conditions for all our operations. We work with the entire chain – from marketing, recruitment, agreements, staffing to scheduling – and are a hub in the work of creating quality, continuity, and security for both employees and those we care for. We are now seeking a driven, innovative, and engaged unit manager for the Recruitment and Staffing Unit at Höganäs Omsorg AB. We believe your background is in HR or communications, but regardless, you are passionate about leading people, building structures, and creating results that make a difference every day. As unit manager, you are a key person in the organization, independently leading the unit's work in close collaboration with the development department's management team. You have operational responsibility for finance, operations, results, and work environment, and above all, for driving development, efficiency, and pride in the team. You will: • Lead, inspire, and develop employees to achieve common goals • Build structures and processes for modern, sustainable staffing • Drive improvement and digitalization work that strengthens the operation • Work closely with managers, HR, communications, and operations to create wholeness and collaboration • Actively monitor the world around you and capture changes in the labor market This is a role for you who want to combine strategic thinking with operational leadership and who thrives on taking responsibility, making decisions, and seeing results.
