You will be one of three unit managers for personal assistance and will be part of the area's management team. Welcome to apply! WORK TASKS As a unit manager, you will lead, develop, and follow up on operations to achieve set goals. You are responsible for budget, personnel, work environment, and operational development. Together with employees, you will work on quality development based on the LSS Act. As a unit manager, you are responsible for planning operations according to current legislation, municipal goal and governance documents. You will provide a clear and close leadership characterized by cooperation, coordination, and development. The assignment includes leading and jointly developing work quality based on user needs. Together with other managers in the operational management team, you will drive joint operational issues from a holistic perspective. You are responsible for ensuring internal and external collaboration. QUALIFICATIONS We are seeking candidates with relevant higher education in social work or other equivalent higher education. You have management experience and experience in the field of disability. You have experience with target management and good knowledge of method and quality work, understanding the importance of follow-up and evaluation. You have strong leadership skills. You can enthuse staff groups towards development and change. You create clarity, participation, and motivate your employees. You are outgoing and can interact with employees, users, and relatives in a way that builds trust. You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be experienced in using IT-based operational systems. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.
