Unit Manager for Newly Established Pool within Home Care Services

In the role of unit manager, you will have responsibility for your staff and their psychosocial work environment, economics, follow-up, development, and communication for the organization. You have a relevant higher education or other education or experience that we as an employer deem suitable for a management assignment in public administration. You have at least two years of experience working as a manager with full personnel and operational responsibility. Experience actively working with digitalization and digital tools in your professional role is, of course, highly meritorious for the position, as the entire care and social sector is on an exciting transformation journey. We prefer candidates with good knowledge of legislation in the area. Additional merits include good experience in building and maintaining good relationships, experience in collaboration with various actors, and good knowledge of Eskilstuna municipality's ordinary housing area.
