You will be part of the home care management team and are expected to actively participate in the department's development work. QUALIFICATIONS We prefer that you have a higher education relevant to the field, which the employer deems suitable for the position. We also expect you to have experience in personnel, financial, and operational responsibilities and be knowledgeable about the legislative area that governs our field of work. Experience in elderly care and previous leadership positions are considered advantageous. You are open to change and interested in leading and developing the operations. In your role as unit manager, you adopt a coaching leadership style and promote collaboration, influence, and participation in the daily work of your unit.
