You are also structured, have good organizational skills, and it is natural for you to contribute to a work environment characterized by cooperation, participation, and joy. It is when we have fun together that we perform at our best.
We want you to be genuinely interested in leadership issues and find it self-evident to reflect on your management and how it affects your employees. You have a natural, pedagogical ability and make your colleagues and employees feel trust in you and your decisions.
