About Nytida Hulta gård and Villa Lerhamn
Hulta gård and Villa Lerhamn are two facilities that receive children and young people between 14 and 20 years old who are in unsuitable environments, have committed isolated offenses, tried drugs, and/or have challenging behaviors that make everyday life difficult. These are within the same permit framework. We also have a support housing that serves as a transitional phase after a period in HVB. The facilities are located in the beautiful Höganäs municipality. Hulta gård has seven places, and Villa Lerhamn has six places. The facilities are located in rural settings with beautiful surroundings. Staff is present 24/7.
The operation works with a clear treatment structure based on DBT. We offer support in daily tasks, counseling, practical help, and a safe presence. We work to create a calm atmosphere where each individual can feel seen and heard.
You will have a colleague who is the Unit Manager for HVB Villa Lerhamn, with whom you will collaborate closely.
About the Role
For us, it's important that you as a Unit Manager want to be active and close to the operation. This is a prerequisite for nurturing and developing relationships with employees, residents, relatives, and authorities. By being close to the operation, you can also ensure that the company's values, pedagogical framework, and applicable legislation are followed in your facility/facilities. You both want and have the ability to manage and follow up on the operation based on the company's goals and financial frameworks. You have budget and result responsibility and report to the Operations Manager, being part of their management team.
Active Leadership
To succeed as a manager and leader with us, an active leadership style based on our values is required. We therefore train all managers through Lära's leadership program – a leadership that creates motivation and commitment among our employees. You are initiative-taking and receptive to customer needs, with a natural respect for other people.
Your Experience and Knowledge
We are looking for someone with relevant higher education in care and social work, e.g., social worker, and experience from HVB facilities. You have at least two years of documented management experience with good references in leadership within HVB.
Training in MI, relapse prevention, and DBT is meritorious.
You have a coaching approach and want to see your employees grow and develop in their professional roles. You enjoy giving and receiving feedback and breaking down and working towards set goals. You are solution-oriented and see opportunities rather than obstacles.
