JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

With personnel responsibility for approximately 25 employees, you will enter the organization with the goal of creating security and quality for both employees and service users. With openness and curiosity, you will collaborate and work together to create a good structure in organizational development and further enhance the strengths of the operation.
Important focus areas for the future include change management and digitalization, where you challenge and, together with your staff and management colleague, find ways to drive the organization forward. With your positive commitment and openness, you contribute to the entire administration's work with influence and participation in service delivery.
In the role of unit manager, you are responsible for your staff and their work environment, finances, follow-up, development, and communication for the operation. A group leader focused on tasks such as scheduling and operational planning will support you in daily work.
QUALIFICATIONS

With a positive approach and your competence, you professionally tackle challenges. You thrive in relationship building, and leading, collaborating, and cooperating come naturally to you. You are a good listener and independent person with the ability to work towards set goals, plan, structure, analyze, and see the big picture.
Fundamentally, you have a relevant university degree or other education or experience that we as an employer deem suitable for a management position in public administration. You have experience working as a manager with personnel and operational responsibility in the care sector. Experience actively working with digitalization and digital tools in your professional role is meritorious for the position, as the entire healthcare and social care sector is on an exciting transformation journey. We prefer candidates with good knowledge of legislation in the area.
