Read more at www.degerfors.se. **JOB DESCRIPTION** As a unit manager, you will work from both a business development perspective and a more operational aspect. The operational part involves clear, engaged, and accessible leadership based on the daily work of employees. The other part includes business development in both the short and long term. You will work on developing, improving, and following up on the unit's assignments, work environment, and finances. In your role as unit manager for home care services, you will be responsible for the development of employees and will work together with them in a goal-oriented and systematic manner. The job responsibilities include, among others: - Leading and distributing work within the area of responsibility in accordance with applicable legislation and guidelines. - Being responsible for the financial results within the area of responsibility. - Overseeing systematic work environment efforts and rehabilitation within the organization. - Driving business development and continuous improvement initiatives. - Collaborating and cooperating with other unit managers within the administration. - Capturing signals for improvement work from the operations. - Conducting quality work within the area of responsibility. - Investigating and implementing assignments/projects initiated by the management. - Being responsible for developing and following up on the quality, results, and goal fulfillment of the operations. **QUALIFICATIONS** We are looking for someone with a relevant higher education degree. You have extensive and broad experience in regulatory work within social services. You have several years of experience in a supervisory role within the regulatory operations of social services. Experience in healthcare, development, and change management is an advantage. You are communicative and clear, creating good relationships both within and outside the organization. Furthermore, you have the ability to articulate yourself in a well-structured and logical manner in both speech and writing, ensuring that the message reaches the recipient. We expect you to have very good IT skills and be accustomed to documentation. You should have several years of experience in personnel, budget, and work environment responsibilities. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability, your leadership qualities, and your commitment to the organization. You are clear, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong ability to organize and prioritize. You are unpretentious and open to others' input, but also decisive when necessary.
